I'm using Act Premium 2011.
I can't find the right format to print out an opportunity list. I m currently doing it by exporting the list to excel where I can redesign everything but I'd like to print direcly from Act (using hte "print opportunities" button).Doing it via excel is not convenient at all because we are using yes/no boxes and it turns out in True/False in excel.
I tried Portrait and landscape, actual size or fit to page and it's always the same. It is too big or too small to fit the page, or the last column is partly cut...

You would be better off creating an ACT! report template specific to your needs.

I've never used reports so I'm a bit confused here. I thought reports were only to show opportunities for one contact. My concern is just to print a list of all the opportunities for all contacts.
My issue is more like this guy who didn't find an answer.

Reports are for organizing your data for viewing and external analysis. What you're doing with the export to Excel is a report.
There is a third party book with comprehensive training information on the ACT! reports, here is the link.
