Sorry if I'm late to the party but we've just upgraded from Act 2009 to Act 2010 (we've been sitting on Act 2010 for while before upgrading due to the changes in the opportunity structure which is good but means some downtime while we reconfigure reports and spreadsheets that have worked for years under Act 2009 Where has the previous look up functionality gone that kept a list of the last 10 lookups? This seems to have vanished and was part of our sales team every day use?! If this has been removed (eyebrows raised!) is there a patch or tool we can download to get this functionality back? Thanks Andy Kent

Hello Andy, Go to Lookup > Previous to get the last 10 lookups. This is only available in the Contact view. Please note that this list resets when changing databases, closing the database, or closing ACT!.
Also, when you do a Lookup of any record type, the most recently used values are stored and available in the value dropdown list in lookup dialog box.

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
