Premium for Web logs out when accessing a Company record.

Hi, when users try to access a certain Company record, the ACT for Web logs the user out.

If I display the record using the ACT for Web on the server it displays just fine. Any ideas?

It seems to happend when I go to the Contacts tab on the record.

Re: Premium for Web logs out when accessing a Company record.

So its company specific and when only viewing the contacts tab.  How many contacts belong to this company?  If could be an issue with the company itself or a contact linked to it.  See if its contact related by creating a new company and linking the same contacts.  If the same issue occurs, then its pointing to the contacts and its a matter of narrowing down which contact.  If the new company is fine, then you can try recreating the company.

Re: Premium for Web logs out when accessing a Company record.

Found out that there was a contact attached to the company that didn't belong. I deleted the contact and everything is fine now.

Thanks for the tip.
