Premium 2009 Security settings HELP?

I am working as the new IT guy here but don't have too much experience with the ACT software. I set up the synch set and have all our users set up to see the database. My question is this:

How can I allow a user to be able to initiate synch with the remote database on server for the sole purpose of receiving everyone elses info. I don't want this user to be able to edit any information at all on the database. I tried setting her up with a Browse level but it will not allow the user to synchronize with the database. 

 

Any input/help is greatly appreciated.

You could try including them (as browse or restricted) and an admin user in the sync set.

Setup sync to happen automatically via the Scheduler with the admin user, and they just use the browse/restricted account
