I have been using ACT desktop for 15 years and just changed to ACT Premium Cloud. My database was too large to upload on site; therefore, I had to contact customer support to assist. After remote log in sessions, three phone calls to support, my database has not be uploaded to site. I am extremely upset at this moment. When I am called the support team assures me it will be uploaded in 24 hours, etc.
This is not going well!! I love the desktop version but customer support needs to get their act together. The problems starts at the head!!

Hosting your database with Swiftpage is not your only option. There is a hosting provider program with competitive pricing and much better service.
