We are using ACT premium 2011 version and have the extra licenses and added the user in the system to set up a log in and password. But it is not granting the new users access. We are receiving the following message.
"There are not enough licenses in this database to allow you to log in. Please contact your Administrator." We are showing the user login username added to the list of users. So not sure what else we need to do.
Please assist ASAP as this causing us delays.
Thank you,

Basically this error means that you have more active users in your database than you have licenses.
Either add more licenses (help, register)
or make active users inactive (tools, manage users)
make sure you that the number of allowed users reflects all the licenses you own help, about ACT
If you have all the licenses applied, then you will see too many active users and you can make one or more former employees inactive.
IT should be one or the other of these issues.
