Phone Call - Scheduled and Clear Activity - Call, Marketing Call

Greetings, Question: How can I make the call from the scheduled activity (Call, Marketing Call) and when hang up the call automatically the Clear Activity (With Notes and Record History) ??

Buena Juan.... te apoyo.

You not have to wait for hang out, when you make the Contact Call, from an activity the clck with the clear dialog must appear, and you can take notes when you are talking, also you can make a Follow up of the call (or any activity)

 

When you hang out, yo can make a Follow up or an OK for the history.

Your response did not show up, this is most likely due to using Internet Explorer 9. To resolve this, try setting the Community website to 'Compatibility View. To do this: access the Community > click on the 'Compatibility View' icon to the right of the web address field.

The ACT! was programed by sales men to sales men users, It was made by Symantec of Peter Norton.

If you are involved in Sales you make lote of phone calls a day.

You use the phone calls schedule in your ACT! Calendar

 

If you want to use the dialer of your ACT! Is ridiculus you have to:

1.- hang out,

2.- cancel the screen of the dialer (were you can write the history and make a follow up)

3.- Clear the activity you  have in your Calendar

4.- Write the history

5.- Make the Follow UP.

 

Insted of just,

1.- write the conversation

2.- Make the Follow UP

 

Five moves insted of 2 moves (and you have to write the history of your mind; and more, it doesn´t work the clock for know how much time you use.

And  you have a report of the time you use in your calls, because the time was in a ACT field.

 

 

The ACT! 2.0 in DOS have that funtion, still the ACT! 6.0 have it (only in the task list)

 

I´m not sure the ACT! is being programed by sales men, or they dont´t prove it in their daily sales.

 

Please, in the new versions make better things, not take the good things the ACT! have.
