I have 5 users and I wnat them to be able to view all contacts and information but, I would like to password protect specific documents form being delted our viewed. Is there a way to protect individaul document attachments or do I need to protect them before attaching in Word?
Unfortunately, there is not a way to password protect an attached file, so you will need to enable protection in Word before attaching it in ACT!. However, the users will still be able to delete the attachment from the contacts record
