Password lost

I have a user that forgot the password or when we had too create a new data base for them the installer entered the wrong passwordWith wager way we can not launch act.  Is there a way to change the password, set up a new one or do we have to remove the database and start over.

 

the user name is not the contact name

If you are an administrator in the database, you can update the user's password through the Tools > Manage Users... option. Double click on the users name and you will see the option for setting a password.
