Hi..when we send an email from ACT 2009 -- the database info shows up. --this is very bad...I see it often on the CC copies, but always on any forwards as well--- (see below) Please help

I do not recall. im using 2009...but had ACT 6 before... my way of creating a template is to copy a current one and change the name,,,
not sure how to make one from scratch

In ACT, go to Write, New Letter/Template. Or open the demo database and see if it occurs there as that databases uses a different set of templates.

thank you.. i am confused. It uses word, yet I dont know how to save as an .adt file that ACT uses.

Haven't seen this issue for a long time, click on the link below and follow this kb
It may not be your exact error but It talks about showing hidden txt in templates, which maybe what your doing.
