Re: PDF document attached to Outlook2010 e-mail remove ACT! address book

Hello Bo,
Thank you for your post. Just to get some clarification:
- When you say the address book settings are removed, can you be more specific?
- Is it some or all of the settings?
- Is the address book completely removed?
- Are the ACT! icons disappearing from the Add-Ins tab in Outlook?
- Can you click the To: button in the new email message and browse to and select a contact from the ACT! address book?
- Does this happen for just one user or all users?
- Does this happen with other types of files, like Word or Excel?

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

Hi, Denmark.

I wonder whether the problem has been fixed or not? I haven't tried it yet.
