Issue is a user of Act! will single click on an email address on a contact record. The new email window will appear and the user will begin to type. What happens is Act! is still focused and the word is typed into the email field not into the subject line of the new email windows.
My expectation would be that in Act! you single click on the contact records email address and a new window Outlook window would appear and the focus would move to this windows and you could begin typing.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I have not experienced this. Are all of your Citrix users affected by this problem?

It is happening for all users. I'm not sure if it is a windows issue or an Act! issue. I am leaning more towards a windows/Citrix issue but not sure.

Happening to all of our users too. It also happens when they try to create/edit a letter. This application is a support nightmare.
