Outlook meeting request sent from ACT shows a different time

When I send a meeting request from ACT and include the Outlook meeting request, the time that shows up in the Outlook request is different from the originating ACT time.

I have checked to make sure that both time zones are the same.

Any ideas?

Re: Outlook meeting request sent from ACT shows a different time

Hello David,

Welcome to the ACT! Online Community. Some questions for you:

- What version of ACT! and what version of Outlook are you using?

- When you say the time is different, is that on the sender's Outlook or the recipient's Outlook, or both? How much is the time off by?

- If you in a multi-user environment, does this happen with other users as well?

Re: Outlook meeting request sent from ACT shows a different time

Thanks Greg

Using ACT 2010 and Outlook 2007

Update to this issue

When the meeting request is opened on a Blackberry, the time is off by 2 hours.

When opened in Outlook, the time is fine.

I checked the BB settings and time zones are identical to sender.

Over to you.

What application are you using to sync the data to the Blackberry?
