Hey guys, I work in an office environment where users are on a domain and connect to the file server. My issue is that once I have configured a users Act account and Outlook account, the Outlook account will forget itself after a brief period of time.
I've looked for solutions but can't seem to find an answer other than putting the PAD file to a local directory. Our .pad file should already exist locally on the server so this should not be the issue.
Does anyone know a fix to this issue?
