I am using ACT Premium 2011 and Outlook 2007. I set a rule up in Outlook to attach all messages from a sender in my ACT database (I already have the ACT address book in Outlook) to that specific contact in the database. I've created and deleted the rule in Outlook several times. When I'm creating the rule, I ask Outlook to apply the rule to messages in my Inbox and they are not attached to the ACT contacts. That is how I know it's not working...
Any trick to get this feature to work? Thanks in advance,
