We are using ACT! 220.127.116.11
and a shared DB on the network.
The laptops all connect to ACT! for email transfer into history in the office, but once they have been used off the network outside the office the connection to the database is lost.
We need to point to the database again to save emails.
Is this normal behavior?
What am I missing?
What are others doing to get around this problem.
