I set up Outlook to be the e-mail client for someone who uses ACT! 2007 Premium for Workgroups and it worked great. Then when we set it up on other computers to work with the same database, everyone is incurring errors with their e-mails in ACT! Is only one person allowed to be using Outlook with the same database? Does it have to do with importing the same address book in different Outlooks?
Thanks for everyone's help. One of the user's entered a bad password for a database and it disabled the rest of the users from the address book from Outlook. Once we removed the user, the problem was solved.
