Hello, we have been using the CRM system for two months now and our Employees/Users have reported that their Outlook System Setup is frequently clearing (deleting the account that they have previously set up) multiple times a week. This means that we are not getting a complete History on our Contacts when an email is sent from Outlook, until they realize that this has happened and fix the situation. Please advise.
