Outlook Sync Question

Am I right in saying if you have 2 way sync enabled and you delete an Outlook appointment it won't remove it from Act?

Re: Outlook Sync Question

I was not 100% sure, so I checked it. The philosophy of ACT is unfortunately like this: ACT! is the "leading system", changes in Outlook (e.g. deleting an appointment) will NOT synch back to ACT!.

Thanks for your help.  It would be nice if Act could put a little tool tip in explaining that.
