I've setup Act to sync my contacts 1 way from Act to Outlook and just ran the syncrhonization process. The window comes up saying "Connecting to Outlook" but no progress is ever made. It just sits there. Any suggestions?

Seems i was able to resolve this issue by following these steps from another thread/post:
Close all Microsoft Office applications and Act.
