We are running ACT17 on a Windows 10 machine and using Office 2013.
We've just had a massive update to Windows 10 (took nearly 2 hours to complete !!)
Not sure if it is linked but when we try to start a new eMail from ACT we get the following message
"Could not retrieve IMessage. Interface not supported"
However, when sending a message direct from Outlook it still seems to log under the history tab
Any ideas please?

Everybody who had the problem or fixed it was using this KB Article:
Although is it pretty old and describes the problem only for older ACT! versions and older OS versions, the core of it is still true.
IMO we are facing another (newer) reason for the IMessage-Problem which is reappearing in Germany since a few weeks and becoming annoyingly frequent. It is NOT an ACT! problem, as in so many cases when it comes to MSOffice integration.
The simple solution is to use one of the 2 REG files attached to the article and just ignore the rest of the complicated text above.
Import (“merge”) the appropriate REG key as an Admin on the victim’s computer and you’re done.
I have used the REG files with all Outlook versions 2007-2016 and WIN 7 and WIN 10 in about 15-20 cases now. It worked every time.
