After installing Outlook Integration in ACT, I only get a limited number (2) of icons in my Outlook.
Only the Icons "Sync Contacts with Act" and "Sync Calender With Act" are visible.
I Already tried to reinstall outlook, but this did nod solved my problem.
I'm using Outlook 2010 and Sage ACT! Premium 2011 Version 18.104.22.168, Hot Fix 4

So did you go through the email setup in ACT and set all of the preferences there as well as the activity and contact synchronization

Yes I did that, more than once.
This is also checked by my local Act-Supplier.
I also re-installed outlook, whitoud succes.
Note, we use Exchange, can this cause some problems?

I have seen proboems with the integration regardless of being Exchange or standalone. There is no explanation but seem a continious configuration change is often required

I've seen this before. I believe I called support. They downloaded a fix. It's been awhile so I don't recall all the details.
