My company is running "ACT! by Sage Premium 2008 (10.0) (ST Edition) Version 10.0.1.199". One of my users is getting an error of "The ACT! Adress Book service is not properly configured, or the configured database name.pad is locked. Do you want to configure it now?" when she is in MS Excel 2003 or MS Word 2003 and clicks on File - Send to - Mail Recipient. She used to get this error everytime she opened MS Outlook 2003 but I reset all the Outlook and ACT! Address Book settings and that error went away.
