Hello JJC, This may be due to your email setup preferences. - Tools > Preferences > Email & Outlook Sync tab > Email System Setup - Go to Screen 6. In the box for "Select what contacts get attached to history", change it to "From" contact only. You may also want to make sure the "Exclude My Record from history" box is checked. - Finish the wizard and save
