We use ACT PremiumVersion 16.0.291.0, Hot Fix 2 and Outlook 2010. When opening ACT, the following message appears:
Outlook experienced a serious problem with ‘act! Outlook addin’ add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add in?
Also, when trying to create an email through ACT, ACT locks up. Any ideas on what could be causing this and how to fix?
