I am having same problem with 3 users. Act version is 126.96.36.199 Hotfix 3. The meetings are sent from Outlook, for Act contacts on the recipient side (many of the mtg inviters don't even have Act), and if I remove recipients' Act address book from Outlook it seems somewhat better, but still locks up for awhile. Users have to shut down their machines and restart, that's how bad Outlook locks up when they accept the mtg requests. Need help! thanks.
