Been having issues with my users trying to attach emails to a contact using the addin for Outlook, but the attachment does not show up in the contact. I have been working with KB doc 19948 as mentioned in another post. In that post they were using ACT 2009. I tried to move through the KB to fix the problem, but I ran into another issue. It was looking for the History Queue. I have not been able to find a history queue. It is also not in the registry. Does this queue exist for ACT 2010 and if so where is it? If it does not, is there an alternative location? The bottom line is that I would like to be able to attach an email to a contact through the add-in in Outlook 2007. This issue is happening on all of my machines both attached directly to the ACT server and those in the field using sync. Thanks.
