(ACT Prem 10.01 - Windows Vista - Outlook 2007)
When I press a email hyperlink from a contact within ACT I get the following:
1. Amazingly - 25% of the time, this feature works perfectly
2. 75% of the time - ACT will take a long time - then finally produce this message " please ensure that both ACT! and Outlook have 'run as administrator privileges' (which I have checked - and do on ACT, and cant seem to find the availablity of this on Outlook [though I log onto the PC as admin and there are no other accounts on the PC)
** This happens when Outlook and ACT are open..... If Oulook is closed -- ACT opens a new (Outlook) email message with no problem...] ---- Most of the time I have Outlook and ACT open at the same time - so when the error message pops up - I close Outlook...... then when I try to re-open Outlook - 50% of the time it wont open and I have to re-boot
All help appreciated
