I've created a new field for Contacts, which provides a drop-down menu to select a date from. I am having no trouble editing the field, but none of the other users are seeing the drop-down menu/aren't provided the option to edit the field. I have verified that all users have been given Full Access under the field security; how can I make this field available for every user to edit?
Additionally, having a similar problem with a field under Opportunities. Several of our users are not seeing the Location drop-down menu that the rest of us have no problem seeing and editing.

It's ACT Premium, 2012. I have admin rights, several of the other users do as well, but not all. We are all using the same version and accessing the same database.
