There's a contact in our database of about 32k total (ACT! by Sage Premium 2009 (11.0) Version 188.8.131.52, Hotfix 1) that will not display the opportunities associated with him on the Opportunities tab on the Contact Detail screen.
Opportunities: 0 Weighted Total $0.00 Grand Total $0.00
This is incorrect as this contact has over 1000 opportunities associated, including the 5 I've just added this morning that don't show.
All the client's opportunities appear on the Opportunity List.
It almost seems like Act is unable to resolve the sort order column on the tab within the Contact Detail page. I have left the contact open and on the tab for 30 minutes and it doesn't change.
Any ideas on why this is happening and how to fix it?
BTW - contact is PUBLIC as are all opportunities. Also, same situation is occuring with Web lookup as well.
