Unfortunately, the answer is no. When assigning an opportunity to multiple contacts, updating the opportunity will make the change from everyone associated with it.

Thanks, I submitted a suggestion, but honestly I'm surprised that this hasn't been brought up before... I'd think this would be common... a sales person imports a list and wants to assign the same sales opportunity to everyone at the same time (to save on typing) but wants to treat each contact separately...
Is there any third-party stuff that does this?
