We currently have two different sales process in our ACT database. The default sales process, and our own customer process. We are currently running ACT 2011, but I've noticed the following problem since ACT 2010, and I'm wondering if it is a known issue and (or) how to fix it.
An opportunity gets created and the sales rep chooses our custom sales process. However, when you look at it in a certain view it shows that it is using the default sales process. Below are links to a couple of screen shots.
Anyone out there with thoughts as to why this is happening??
