I'm a new user of Prem 2011. Opportunities appears to be more robust than ACT6.  I am searching for a thorough discussion/presentation as to how to think about using the new Opportunities.


We are a commodity parts mfg, producing items for multiple customers (ie: same item could be sold to 20 different customers) and I'd like to take advantage of the power that appears to be in 2011.  The sales pipeline is not very applicable because orders are shipped from inventory or made to order through our Lean factory.  But it would be good for the sales reps to see costs, prices and gross margin and it would be even greater if I could see dollar potential.
