I'm using ACt 2010 pro. I'm having issues with the filter. When i'm in the opportunites section and i want to only see the open oportunities, I select it from the drop down menue but only a few of my opportinutues show up. I'm forced to 'view all opportinutes' and visually scan through all of the jobs to find the ones im looking for.
Does anyone know why the filter for "open" isn't working?

Thanks for getting back to me! Ya, all the other filters are set to "all". It's pretty peculiar, we've been having this problem since we started with act a few months ago, and now that we have a alot of opportunities piling up...its starting to become a hassle.

Do you do periodic database maintenance?
