We are using Act Pro 2011 and have 3 remote databases syncing to main data base on a 4th computer. The host computer that the main data base is on crashed and we had to reinstall the software and have not been able to sync the remote data bases since. We just created a new main database from one of the remote databases, loaded on the host computer and created a new remote database. When we went to restore the new remote database on one of the remote computers we got an error message that suggested we do not have enough licenses. We do we have 4 licenses and 4 users so that shouldn't be a problem.
Can anyone explain what is going on and provide a solution to our problem.

Do you have multiple serial numbers, or just one serial number good for 4 licenses?
If you go to Help > About Act! from the remote, it should list the serial number along with how many licenses it's good for.
