OS: Windows 7
One of our users preferences such as email attachment and toolbar settings keep randomly being reset. It happens intermittently with no apparent rhyme or reason and there is only 1 out of 4 users affected. If anyone has any insight into what could be causing the issue or how to repair the issue it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for replying. No they are not using software to clean up their windows.
