Office 2013

Compatibility with ACT! 2013?  SP1?

Any earlier versions of ACT!?

Re: Office 2013

Hi Rita,
ACT! 2013 SP1 did not include compatibility with Office 2013. See Ben Lederer's blog for more information: http://community.act.com/t5/The-Sage-ACT-Journal/SageACT-and-Office-2013/ba-p/228730

We now have a product that will help ACT! work with MS Office 2013!

Hi Mark

Does your Add-in for 2013 address the history recording issue Ben discussed in his blog?

"The only item that I found not functional is due to a change in Outlook where they allow you to reply within the preview pane. Because it does not load any addins, history is not recorded from those emails."

Hi Cherie,
No, the add-on does not address the issue with replies from the preview pane not recording in history, since this actually a flaw in the Outlook API. The current workaround is to click Pop-Out in the preview pane to open a full message screen.
