In Act 2010, when I clear an activity, such as a phone call and record a note for the history, when I make a new call the notes from the last call are in the history. I must delete and re-type. I did not have this problem in previous versions. My co-worker called with issue yesterday as well. Any ideas why the history is repeating itself?
