Notes, ACT! Premium 2011

Can anyone give me their insight on why when all my notes are now gone in the contact database? I was putting in date contacts, and then the notes all disappeared! I had messages, and emails saved in them. I now can't input any information.

Hello Bob,

 

Sounds like you may have the filters set wrong, on the notes tab where it says dates, hit the drop down and choose all dates, also make sure you check the select users as well and that your name is highlighted.

 

Let me know if this fixes your issue

G'day mate, throw another dumb American on the barbie tonight!

 

I want to thank you for your response, it was correct and fixed my issue today! I had changed the contact date section, and did not realize that it affects all the other tabs. I am an old MS-Access and Lotus Approach database person. ACT! will take me awhile to learn and become efficienct in usinf it, but I like what I see right now from ACT!
