Note/History Report

When viewing a note report, how do I get everyone's notes to come up on the same report? It seems that if they are not the account creator and they have not made themselves the account manager after writing their notes, the notes will not show on the report. Do you have to make yourself the account manager every time you add notes or is there another way to do this?

The user selection on the General tab selects the record manager of the contact record, the user selection on the note or history tab selects the record manager of the individual note or history.
