On Act 2010 Premium, I have a user who is unable to see all the Available Fields in the Customized Columns dialogue box when looking at the List View of Contacts. I have checked my client as well as 2 others and we are all able to see the available fields. The big differece between us and the user with the issue is that he is syncing his data. He also has administrative access. He is missing about a third of the fields that are available. Could there be an issue with his syncs? Or is there another explanation. Thanks.
