We're using ACT Premium 2013 with the database on local machine running on Windows Server 2008 standard x64. It's been running without any issues until today. Nothing changed on the machine recently but as soon as we click on the icon to launch ACT, it goes to Not Responding, it doesn't show any error message, the screen becomes white as if it's frozen. We've left it there for a couple of hours but nothing changes. It shows not responding under task manager as well.
Completely uninstalled, removed ACT folder under program files, rebooted, reinstalled Act, still no luck.
We could still access the database from other computers (it's shared) but can not launch ACT on the local machine.

That doesn't change anything. ACT window is still 'frozen', with the words 'Not Responding' on the top.
ACT process under task manager shows Not Responding as well. All other applications work fine without any problem.
