Not all fields work when mapping to Excel 2007

Im stumped.

 

Ive put a number of fields into Excel 2007 using the standard method under the documents tab (Im using Act Premium 2009 running inside terminal server) , I then 'map to excel' and some of the fields come through on one sheet but not the other sheets, also it seems like on the fields that only text fields (excluding fields with drop downs etc) are merging.

 

I was hoping to set up some reports and then manipulate them further in excel however so far no good.

 

Any suggestions?
