I am trying to successfully synch contacts from Sage ACT 2011 to Outlook 2007 but am having issues of all contacts synching fully. They are only able to get contacts synched that they have added to Sage as a contact but not others and I have done this test which turns out to be true. I'm not sure if there are any solutions to this like looking through logs or anything but I know that I have everything setup correctly. Here are the issues I'm having so far.
1. Contacts that were not created by the same user are not allowing to synch from Act to Outlook.
2. Contacts that have same or similar names in Outlook will not be imported or over-written
I hope someone can answer my question as it seems these forums are more abandoned and support is too expensive at $75 per tech call.
