I have purchased ACT premium license version 19... Also, I am using microsoft outlook 2016 which is updated as well. In ACT there is no e-mail history showing inside. I don't know how to check and see that history.
Can you please help me to sort out this problem? It's quite urgent now.

The Act / Outlook integration has never really worked well.
It is unstable at best.
There are about 75,000 articles, tips and suggestions to "fix it".
Definitely not a settled science.
