No history created or recorded in ACT Premium

Hi, 

I have purchased ACT premium license version 19... Also, I am using microsoft outlook 2016 which is updated as well. In ACT there is no e-mail history showing inside. I don't know how to check and see that history. 

Can you please help me to sort out this problem? It's quite urgent now.

The Act / Outlook integration has never really worked well.

It is unstable at best.

There are about 75,000 articles, tips and suggestions to "fix it".

 

Definitely not a settled science.

The most recent update to Act! - 20.1 - has a totally rewritten Outlook sync engine which is designed to work with Office 2016, if you're having issues and are able to update - this is definitely my first recommendation.

Hi,
That is good suggestion. But what if the client has purchased 30 user licenses which cost him in huge amount, well this would be not the exact solution... swiftpage should take necessary action so that user who use v19 should able to fix the issue or give free upgrade from v19 to v20.
