I have installed Act Premium 11.0 and am having trouble importing my client's data into the database.
I can import the contacts from outlook along with the assotiated journal entries but it does not import the email messages.
Can somebody please help.

Where are you hoping to import email messages?
If you mean to the email system, best to just set ACT! to use Outlook for it's email.
If you mean to the History of the Contacts - you can do this by highlighting the emails in Outlook and selecting Quick Attach
