We have purchased an additional license for a new user who at the moment is listed as "inactive" on the users list. I know from experience as soon as we make that user active it will say we dont have enough licenses so my question is how do I add the new license to accomodate the new user?
I cant find anything in the help documents.

Open ACT! and go to Help/Register ACT! to add your new serial number.

No, it will just add the new one to it
