Hi, I have created a remote database and installed it to a PC verything is there and OK but it won't sync with the main database. I have two other sites syching with no issues????
The error message tells me make set the main database to allow incoming syncs and to ensure the sync server is running - both are as they should be as I have two other sites syncing without issue.

I double checked the firewall and again its all as I would expect, Act is allowed through on all settings

What's the state of the UAC on that system? Try starting ACT! on that system by right clicking on the icon and selecting run as administrator.

The program is set to run as administrator and UAC is as open as it can be...
