Have a Microsoft Surface used to access premium at home, bought another one to use at work but cant log in on the new computer. Tried copying to url from the working computer and doing a web search for log in. It shouldnt be this hard.
I'm guessing you have a hosted database that you access through a browser?
If so, make sure you are using either Internet Explorer or Chrome. By default, new Windows PCs use the Edge browser and this isn't a browser supported by Act!.
May or may not solve the problem, but it's a good place to start.
If you are using a supported browser, and you have the correct URL to access your database you should get to a log-in screen.
If you don't see a login screen, it's probably best to give Tech Support a quick call and they will sort the problem for you.
