New appointments in task list though Outlook synchronization is disabled

One of our ACT! users (user A) has disabled Outlook synchronization. If another user who has the Outlook synchronization enabled schedules meetings and invites user A, user A also finds this appointment in her task list.

Is there any way to avoid such "collateral damage"?

Thanks & regards,

Re: New appointments in task list though Outlook synchronization is disabled

When a user creates an activity with a contact that's also a user, it will appear in both users' schedules.

In the other user's schedule, it's an invitation

User B could filter the task list to only show her activities
